WINE

If you like white wine, then the Languedoc is well known as the birthplace of Champagne..don't be fooled. Champagne was 'invented' by monks in an Abbey near Limoux. The Blanquette de Limoux celebrates this fact by continuing to produce the original 'champagne'. If you like your wine without the fizz then do try the excellent wines at http://www.lorgeril.com
